Which super foods are important when you are young?


Research states that maintaining a good diet when you are young resulted in better health for long but it doesn’t mean you can eat unhealthy foods like junk foods in old age. Eating healthy diet matters at every age for better life now and in the upcoming time.                    

Some age fighting super foods  like walnuts significant in fighting with diseases as well as good for heart health, weight management and metabolic syndrome composed of omega-3 fatty acids associated with better life.

Furthermore, high intake of fruits and vegetable and lower intake of sugary beverages, trans-fats, and sodium give us healthier lifestyle. Also peas, apples, orange and romaine lettuce helps to stay active and disease-free & give favorable result. Broccoli, eggs, yogurt, berries, beans, spinach, oats, cabbage, milk are some body building as well as energy giving food which are very essential to stay healthy and young forever.

A healthy and balanced diet for children give necessary calcium, vitamins, minerals and other nutritional values that a child need for his/her healthy growth and development. Vitamins and minerals play a crucial role in the body as they are essential for our bodies to function properly.
